If you have made it to this site it is because you are interested or have heard of the Energizer Qi inductive charger. Essentially, the Energizer Qi (pronounced “chee”) is device that allows you to recharge the batteries in wireless devices (most commonly cell phones) without actually having to plug in any cords. This is done through a method called inductive charging. Lets be honest, if it sucks to use, its not going to get used. There is a few inductive charging pads already on the market before the Energizer Qi but they all have some major draw backs. First, most of them require really large and intrusive sleeves and cases for the phones. This is really just a headache and if your phones to big to fit in your pocket or just became 3x heavier, your not likely to use it. The Energizer Qi cases and sleeves are all slim and compact and as unobtrusive as possible. The other really nice thing about the Energizer Qi is that you can position your device almost anywhere on the pad in pretty much any orientation. Many other inductive chargers require you to position the device in a small sweet spot, or line up magnets, or they wont work. The Energizer Qi just needs the device on the pad, it can be rotated 360 degrees and still work, nor does it have to be dead center. Again, simple means you will use it. Your buying the thing to eliminate the hassle of finding cords and plugging them in, why would you want to replace that with hassling with dialing your phone into the perfect position on a pad instead?
